COERR Kanchanaburi promotes Refugees’s Self-Help Activities in Agricultural and Livelihood in Tham Hin Camp

On November 7th, 2015, COERR Agricultural and Livelihood staff and refugees in Tham Hin camp, Kanchanaburi, organized the annual Agriculture and Livelihood Fair. There were exhibition of income-generation production for learning focusing on demonstration of variety of products and description for understanding. Production demonstrated consist of natural soap, candle, dish washing liquid, clothes washing liquid, liquid soap, shampoo, brooms, T-shirt screen printing, chicken and duck raising.

Livelihood products for sales include vegetables, duck, chicken, fish, frog, etc. Shops in the program are shop selling food and drinks such as meat ball and sausage. There were also stage performance for singing competition and story telling. The child cabinet representatives performed as master of ceremony on stage, and the camp committee help facilitate all activities which come out even more successful than the previous activity.
